Eric is the Vice Chairman of the board of City Harvest, working to bring together New York’s top chefs and restaurants to raise funds and increase the quality and quantity of food donations to New York’s neediest. Eric has supported City Harvest since 1997, and his efforts have helped the organization distribute more than 20 million pounds of food, contributing over 17 million meals to New Yorkers in need.
