Blue by Eric Ripert brings Le Bernardin’s excellence and belief in fish as the star of the plate to the Cayman Islands. Located on Seven Mile Beach in the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, it is the area’s first restaurant to earn the distinction of the AAA Five Diamond Award.

Embracing the spirit of the island, the menu, available as a prix-fixe and multi-course tasting, celebrates locally caught and responsibly fished seafood with a Caribbean touch, complemented by an impressive list of more than 700 fine wines from around the world. Similar to Le Bernardin, guests at Blue can dine at the bar and lounge, where an a la carte menu is offered, and there are two private dining rooms that can host up to 40 guests.
