Custom-designed by Eric and handmade in the Vosges region of France, where artisans have been crafting pans the same way for centuries. It is Eric’s favorite fish pan, one he uses nearly every day. Proceeds from each pan sold support City Harvest’s work feeding New Yorkers in need.
